Earth Day 2018

Around the world Earth Day is one of the most personal empowering activities of the year. It’s an event for all ages; a time that can be shared with others or spent alone and have a meaningful impact on the earth. Earth Day activities are geared to raise awareness, provide education, and action all in one.

Join us at the 28th annual San Luis Obispo County Earth Day Fair & Music Festival on Saturday, April 21, from 11am to 5pm at Laguna Lake Park. Mark the date and invite others for a day of education, community and fun.

Use sustainable transportation to attend SLO’s Earth Day Fair! Join us by foot, bike, or with a free ride from Downtown SLO on SLO Transit. If none of these work for your needs, please consider carpooling with another festival attendee using the ridematching tool below:

Become a part of the Earth Day 2018 volunteer planning team. We can always use new ideas, energy, marketing, fundraising and social networking skills and office staff from January through May.  Internship and volunteer jobs are available to college and high school students too.

Earth Day registration is now open.
