Get Involved

The first Earth Day took place on April 22, 1970.  Since then Earth Day has become a movement and is the largest environmental day of action in the world. In San Luis Obispo County the Earth Day Alliance has worked with the grassroots community to create an annual free Earth Day Fair since 1990.  Our goal is to raise awareness, educate, motivate and activate Earth Day visitors to be the change we need to be to protect and preserve the planet for future generations.

Become part of  the 28th annual SLO Count Earth Day Fair in one of the following ways.

Partner with the Earth Day Alliance in creating San Luis Obispo County’s Earth Day Fair.  Generous contributions by businesses and individuals make it possible for this free annual event to continue. In appreciation Partners receive recognition.
