Despite the county’s attempts to dissuade visitors, the beaches had an estimated several thousand visitors this weekend. Few people wore masks, but most did stay socially distant. Governor Gavin Newsom announced the lifting of restrictions on certain businesses including retail, manufacturing and logistics businesses. Retail will be open for curbside pick up and delivery.
